Anindya is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who is passionate about automobiles on one hand and financial services on the other. Anindya has Significant experience in investment banking in India and abroad and has worked extensively in acquisition, financing, M&A & BPR within the leasing industry in Europe and ME.
By qualification a CA, Anindya started his career with PwC in India; subsequently he moved to the ME as part of KPMG's Corporate Finance practice - main portfolio included advising the ME clients on their international investments including M&A advisory, feasibility studies, valuations and financial restructuring solutions. Post the stint at KPMG, Anindya moved to a boutique investment bank in the ME region as Partner, M&A where he focused on acquisition of target companies in the space of automobile leasing and consumer finance. Anindya worked closely with internationally reputed consultants like Mckinsey and Booz, Allen & Hamilton in understanding the strategy and game plan of the leading auto lease companies globally including the study of lease prospects in the emerging automobile manufacturing nations like India, Turkey etc. Whilst heading the M&A role, Anindya structured the acquisition of a leading lease company in Turkey and moved to Istanbul as Deputy CEO of the acquired company.
In mid 2006 and at the age of 32, Anindya followed his entrepreneurial spirits and moved back to India where he set up TranzLease - his core strength lies in developing ideas into structured products and marketing the same in a manner that suits customer requirements; he firmly believes in building an organization steeped in values of transparency, loyalty and niche products that create industry benchmarks. A charismatic leader of people, Anindya currently heads the Company activities in his role as the Managing Director and his mantra is - "if it is right, then do it; imagine the future, define it and deliver it today"
A veteran investment banker whose forte lies in raising funds and in arranging private equity investment across various sectors; Dinesh has held numerous top positions with companies like E&Y, KPMG and also in specialized and boutique investment banks/houses like TII (The International Investor), Adeem Investments (Current co-owners of ASTON MARTIN) etc.
He has been across the globe in ME, Europe, US and in South East Asia conducting top level and strategic assignments like M&A, feasibility studies, valuations etc. Dinesh has also held Board Positions in various companies including (a) Grosvenor House Apartments Limited (London) (b) Park Lane Properties (Jersey, USA) (c) Adeem Development Management Company (London and Jersey) (d) SPARC Development Management Company (Jersey)
Rajesh is a CA by profession and an alumni of Harvard Business School. Rajesh has had an illustrious career in India with the Big 4 Accounting firms for over 2 decades - he was the Senior Partner at E&Y, PwC and KPMG and had a 13-year long association with E&Y where he was the Tax Country Leader from 2000 to 2002 and Tax Markets Leader from 2002 to 2008.
Rajesh played key management roles at Ernst & Young India & was also part of their Strategy Team, which was set up in 2007 for deciding on the Organization strategy to achieve profitable growth structure in a matrix organization. Rajesh has more than 25 years of experience in advising clients on International taxation, entry strategies and mergers & acquisitions. Rajesh's key strengths are in Strategic planning, Team building & leadership and Business Development. Rajesh also focused on building sustainable client relationships & was the Key Relationship Partner on various Multinational companies during his tenure with Big 4 Accounting firms. Rajesh keenly follows the global economic, business & corporate developments. Rajesh has participated in live panel discussions at media events & also frequently contributed presentations at various business forums. Rajesh also brings to the table his leadership and mentoring skills and is a firm believer in creating leaders for the future. Currently he splits his time between TranzLease and EY (as Advisor).
